The people were unpleasant, there was no remote for the AC, the TV channels were loud, the reception was noisy, it felt like a hookah bar, breakfast was only three croissants and a coffee, and the overall organization was very badly managed; everything was bad.

The location is in the city center, but the noise is a problem because the windows are not sound‑tight, the room 2 on the first floor has poorly fixed windows.

The room was very nice I liked it. 1. The breakfast: they don't replenish once finish, in case we are a bit late we have only bread left 2. The elevator 3. Parking space specially when we need to disembark our stuffs. Otherwise it was okay

The location and staff were very pleasant, but the bedding was really unclean (stains on sheets, bath towels, shower rug, curtains), and the furniture was outdated: the front door was hard to close and the remote didn’t work.
