Located on Shatan Back Street, King Parkview Hotel is a stylish retreat surrounded by Beijing's top attractions, including the Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, and Beihai Park. The hotel offers a Chinese restaurant serving Peking Duck, free internet, and tastefully decorated guestrooms with individually controlled air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. It's a 12-minute stroll from Wangfujing Pedestrian Street and 10 minutes from Houhai bar street.

Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The hotel sits right in the heart of Beijing, making it a breeze to reach any spot and the Forbidden City is literally across the street with plenty of tasty eateries nearby, plus a train stop just around the corner. My room was tidy and the bathroom stocked with everything you could need. The only downside was the beds – they’re pretty firm, so if you’re looking for a softer night you might want to bring an extra blanket.

There location was excellent, the nearby restaurants and cafes excellent, ambience of location fabulous and the hotel itself acceptable but could do with some improvements. The first room offered to us smelt badly of smoke from cigarettes. Our replacement room was fresh and clean. Some others staying in the hotel reported peeling wallpaper, bad smells and not so clean. Beds in all rooms are extremely hard - leading to restless sleep and aching muscles/joints. Generally we enjoyed our stay but suggest improvements are required to meet expected standards. Improved mattresses would improve overall perception markedly

The hotel sits right next to the Forbidden City on a typical Chinese street in the old Hutongs, no modern luxury but a real neighborhood vibe, with plenty of local restaurants serving authentic Chinese food, a small market and grocery shop – all rustic and fitting the location, which we really enjoyed. Beijing in August was very hot and I didn’t like the clothes I brought; lighter ones would have been better. Public transport (bus/metro) was 10/10, Didi (Uber) 10/10, security 10/10, cleaning 10/10. The food was very different from ours, with lots of seasonings, especially pepper – be careful! Learn to bike; there are many rentals. In the streets and during tours, if you’re unsure, ask the very helpful police, who are always on their phones and with a translator handy.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there was even a fridge.
