The hotel sits just steps from the mechanized trail, the building is spotless, and Ms. Chiara was very kind. I didn't find any major issues; a few small upgrades could make it truly great. There's no air‑conditioning, but that's understandable for a historic building in central Spoleto.

“RILASSANTE”

Ms. Chiara was incredibly friendly, showed me my room, and left a lovely gift; she also fulfilled a special request without any hassle. The apartment is beautifully furnished, the room is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and convenient. The location is perfect for the event I attended and for exploring Spoleto, with an elevator‑access parking spot close by. I enjoyed everything.

“Lep apartma v Spoletu”

The apartment is new, just 140 m from the parking house, and the host is very friendly. In late April and early May it was quite cold inside, the bathroom lacks towel hooks, and the room has limited storage space.

“Accogliente e tranquillo”

The place is super central and the room is minimal yet cozy; both the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and there was an extra pillow. The owner, Chiara, was extremely kind and helpful. I didn't encounter any dislikes; I might have liked a shower mat outside the shower (there is a non‑slip mat inside, but none for stepping out).

“Esperienza autentica in un’atmosfera magica”

An authentic experience in a Spoleto residence, an old‑world building equipped with all the comforts. We felt warmly welcomed and pampered. Highly recommended!
