The spot is amazing, just a 9‑minute walk from Charbagh metro/railway station, and the neighborhood feels calm and clean while still being accessible to the whole city via cabs, bikes, and autos. The staff were absolutely courteous, very kind, and generously let us check in early at no extra cost. The rooms are very spacious with decent facilities throughout, and the heritage‑style windows added a nice touch. On the downside, the room itself felt a bit old, with some corners chipped or unkempt, so a bit more refurbishment would help.

The location was great and the welcome was super friendly, everything was spot on; however, there was no sit‑down breakfast in the restaurant, only pre‑ordered meals, which was a pity.
