“A comfortable stay with incredibly helpful and accommodating staff who made everything easy.”
When I arrived I realized my room was far from where I needed to be. The hotel has several connected buildings, and since I was there for an event, the room’s location mattered. I spoke with the front desk, and they were incredibly helpful in moving me to the main area where the event was held. I later needed to extend my stay by a day, and the staff again went out of their way to keep me in the same room instead of having to relocate. The front desk team was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout, and I appreciated how easy they made everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee at the restaurant. Breakfast itself was tasty, but I would recommend a better coffee machine or brew. Since the event lasted all day, it was hard to leave for better coffee elsewhere. Surprisingly, the coffee provided in the room was slightly better.
