The staff were fantastic, especially for the meals. The hotel is isolated and the nearby beaches are gorgeous. The renovation gives the place a charming look, even though everything is plastic, the result is very pretty. The kids’ corner is great, and the evening kids’ animation was a nice surprise. We arrived with a baby, and the first bungalow we were given faced only a north‑facing window, so it was very dark, had no view, and smelled a lot of damp. The bungalows are more expensive and offer no view! Room service didn’t come for three days because the cleaning ladies kept trying to come during nap time between 13:00 and 15:00. With the weather, it rained in the room, it’s not well insulated, the bed creaks, and overall for the price the experience didn’t really live up to expectations.

The decor is really nice, and the staff are superbly friendly, which made a huge difference. The restaurant offers a wide variety, breakfast is great, and dinner is also very good. The pool in the middle of the hotel is very calm, and the gym is definitely one of the best – well equipped, well maintained, and clean – I loved it! The location couldn’t be better: right in front of the beach with an amazing view. The restaurant could use an “adults only” zone; although it’s a family hotel, it can get very loud and messy at times. The desserts could have less variety but better quality.
