Everything was great and the man who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and assisted us with everything. The accommodation is good and has everything needed.

The location suited my budget, the Wi‑Fi worked, the cleaning was fine, basic services were adequate, the kitchen was usable, the bed was comfortable, and the owners were punctual and available. However, kitchen odors seeped into the bedrooms, the sound insulation was minimal, it was hard to rest unless it was nighttime, and the bedding and towels needed replacement.

I was moved to an apartment without being consulted, it was on the main street and right in front of the bus stop, so the noise was intense and it was hard to sleep; I woke up with lower back and neck pain, the TV didn’t work, it was very small, the windows didn’t close properly, and the heater was dripping water.

The location and the staff’s treatment were perfect. The sheets seemed unclean, they looked used because there were hair residues; that’s a basic expectation for accommodation. The place is modest and overall the cleaning wasn’t bad, but that aspect needs improvement.
