We’ve stayed here before, but this time it fell short: the white towels were visibly stained, two out of three needed replacement, and they handed me two more. I asked if they check towels for stains before washing, but the lady was rude and focused on my partner’s truck smoking, trying to upsell a smoking fee instead of addressing the towel issue. The vibe was different from past stays, though the young check‑in guy was friendly. The staff I asked for towels had a toxic attitude.
