The place feels brand‑new and spotless, fully equipped, and the location is superb. The staff were incredibly kind and quick to help, and when my air conditioning hiccupped it was fixed right on time.

The room is very good size.

The location was ideal for a two‑day stay at Lake Como. It’s no‑frills, just a basic bed and bathroom, which is all you need—like a better version of a hotel room.

Direct on the lake, ideal. The short stay made me wish I had stayed longer, but that’s on me, of course.

Love the location—couldn’t be better. The room was clean and spacious, and I’d definitely return. It’s only minutes to the train station, shopping, and restaurants on foot. Finding it was a little tricky at first, but the host was right there and showed us how to get to the property.
