The building is very beautiful; the room and bathroom were spotless and the bed was really comfortable. Despite being close to a busy street, the room was perfectly sound‑proofed and incredibly quiet. The location is super convenient, just steps from the station and bus stops. A special thank you to the reception staff, who were very kind and always helpful! No issues to report.

The hotel is a decent spot, just a short walk from Brignole station, and the room comes with a kettle and a coffee machine, a smart TV, and solid wifi. The downside is it's a bit far from the city center. For three days, no one came to tidy the room, swap towels, or empty the bin. There were barely enough coffee capsules for everyone for the whole stay, and when I asked for more I was given only one. Check‑in was at 15:00 and they refused me an earlier arrival even though check‑out was at 10:00. The staff were not very pleasant.

The staff were very friendly, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The only issue was that I could hear a lot of traffic noise from the street.
