“It was a good 1 night stay”

The breakfast was solid, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed, but the car park was noisy and the bathtub was stained.

“It was just ok.”

The beds were comfy, yet I misplaced my cleanser in the shower and had to request it be mailed; the hotel keeps everything in a locked cabinet accessible only to the house maid, and despite leaving messages for her to call me about the missing item, no one returned my calls, so I suspect it was stolen and will never return.

The staff were amazing, and despite the bad weather that made the weekend eventful, they ensured we were taken care of, especially when it came to our knee.

I asked for service daily and we only received service once (on the last day) out of 5 day stay. There was a storm that knocked out the power on the second day. So we had to walk up and down the stairs to the 4th floor most of the stay because the elevator was never fixed. This hotel was rated 4 stars .it was def no more than 3. Not worth the amount we paid

“Priced to high for the value of the hotel, needs a lot of attention.”

The staff were friendly and the location offered easy highway access, but dried blood spots appeared on the walls by both beds. The bathroom tile was broken and lifted each time you stepped on it, and the bathtub was not very clean. At night, loud noises from street racing and music in the area were disturbing.
