The hotel staff were helpful and the rooms and sheets were clean. However, there were no regular towels—only disposable paper ones—and the breakfast lacked cutlery and cheese, offering only eggs that a Western guest might eat. The service dishes were cheap melamine, corridors were dusty, and the complimentary cold drinks were mediocre; the popcorn was fried in oil and the ice cream was the cheapest. Anyone giving such a high rating should ask if they’ve ever stayed in a better hotel or if their quality standards are that low. In short, the hotel is a low‑quality place. The sign outside is written in Chinese characters.

“Overall, the hotel is nice and convenient.”

I liked that the hotel is close to the metro. The staff were friendly, and there was an unlimited soft‑drink, water, and snack bar with popcorn, popsicles, and coffee. The breakfast felt a bit too simple; it would be nice to have different options, like noodles and wontons on alternate days. Also, my single room felt a little cramped.
