“Muy cómodas las habitaciones muy amplias. Y todo muy limpio”

The breakfast was delicious and varied. The only downside was that the hotel lacked clear signs.

“No vuelvo”

The gardening staff and a couple of young front‑desk people were kind. I stayed for two nights, but they handed me a room with dirty sheets and a bed with blood stains. They didn’t change the sheets the next day, and when I handed the room back, a lady tried to charge me extra for the stained sheets. Her attitude was awful. I definitely won’t return with my family, and I’d advise others to report the dirt. On top of that, the guests were noisy, shouting at dawn and causing trouble in the hallways, and the staff didn’t deal with those incidents.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The TV only had local channels, and the pool’s nighttime hours were very limited. They offered a breakfast that required an extra payment, and even though I booked almost a month in advance, they wouldn’t give me a decent spot at the restaurant while other tables were empty because other people had booked earlier. “Earlier than a month?” That makes you think twice about coming back.

The décor even goes into the bathroom—really nice. The buffet food was tasty. The only improvement I’d suggest is replacing the minisplit, which doesn’t cool well.

“Muy bonito / limpio y el personal amable”

The pools were easy to reach and the staff were friendly, but the hotel sits a bit far from everything else.
