We were given a different room than the one booked on Booking, and it was in a deplorable condition: the room was dirty (no cleaning, dust and cat fur on the sheets), the overall state was bad (peeling ceiling, wallpaper coming off, broken shutters), the bed was very uncomfortable, and the room faced a noisy departmental road. Even though we arrived exactly at the time confirmed with the owner, we had to wait almost an hour before we could drop off our luggage in the room.

Chrystelle welcomed us with genuine warmth and went out of her way to take care of us; the place was quiet, relaxing, and comfortable.
