“Fantástico hotel”

I was thrilled with everything: the hotel’s location is spot‑on, service is excellent, the room feels very comfortable, and the breakfast is the best I’ve had on my European trip—delicious and highly recommended. Kudos to the staff, especially the young, dark‑haired receptionist (name escapes me) who’s attentive, helpful, and always smiling. At breakfast, a tall, dark, slim lady keeps everything tidy and organized, delivering great service, and the woman who greets you at the table is very kind. Everyone on the team is fantastic, and the rooftop is amazing—really happy with the hotel.

The location is superb, close to museums, the aquarium, a shopping mall, and public transport is easy to reach. The bathroom layout feels a bit odd and lacks privacy.

The hotel is in a great spot, everything is easy to get to, even on foot. Breakfast was outstanding, nothing missing. We enjoyed the rooftop in the evenings and were lucky to witness a spectacular fireworks display right outside the hotel. Valencia is definitely worth a visit, and I’d book this hotel again.

The location is lovely, and the rooftop bar on the 10th floor is great. The bathroom was connected to the room.
