The Italian breakfast had coffee and croissants, plus gluten‑free options for intolerant guests like me, which is nice; overall it was good, and the host Adriana was friendly and very helpful.

The room was clean and welcoming, but the staff never appeared and I had to check in entirely by phone; the breakfast was in a shabby nearby bar where you could only take what they offered, and there was no parking—just street parking.

The breakfast bar nearby was excellent in the morning, the owner was polite and friendly, and the sea view was delightful.

The location is very good for moving around, and breakfast at the bar comes with a voucher, though it could be improved.

The building feels almost new and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. It would be better to modify the shelf above the sink in the bathroom, as it gets in the way when washing the face. The property does not have, and cannot have, a balcony for hanging items like beach towels.
