Hotel Dois H

The hotel is easy to reach, the parking is spacious, and the staff are attentive; the room is clean and nothing looks worn or old, and breakfast is good. Unfortunately, if you shower late the water doesn’t heat up; I was on the second floor and was told it would be worse on the first floor. The room phone didn’t work. The room’s air conditioner leaks water onto the wall and drenches the whole bathroom, so I had to leave it on only for ventilation, which is very noisy. The elevator makes a terrible noise and shakes when you enter, and I used it many times without any improvement—just constant noise. The TV remote batteries need replacing.

I was just a stone's throw from BR101 and the parking was free, which was great. The room’s lighting was awful—there was no lamp on the desk, so working there was a real struggle.

The place is clean and modern, but it’s small and had an air‑conditioning issue, although they fixed it by moving me to a different room.

The breakfast was fantastic and the location couldn't be better! Unfortunately, the room smelled like mold, which made breathing hard for me because I'm allergic. I left the window open to air it out, but I still felt the need for a full-length mirror in the room, which was missing. I also missed a warmer blanket; the air conditioning made the night feel chilly. I'd love to see these issues fixed before I book again.
