Good price and good location! The toilet in the room didn’t work and there was a strong smell of smoke inside.

The owner was a very welcoming man, but the rooms really need a renovation; they feel old‑fashioned. The bathroom in the room didn’t flush and was very noisy—one could clearly hear what the neighbors were doing and they mentioned it.

Breakfast was tasty, yet the building is very dated and some finishes were poorly done.

The location suited my visit, but the freedom of the guest was lacking.

No breakfast was provided, though it was charged; the hygiene was unsatisfactory.
