There was very loud music playing every night until midnight, so we were unable to sleep, and the staff were not friendly, especially the young man on the roof pool deck who was absolutely rude.

The hotel is beautiful, the views are magnificent, the food options are great, and the staff are helpful.

The location was perfect, the beach and especially the hotel’s island bar where you can enjoy a nice sea and sunshine with a small drink, the hotel’s beach rail was clean, the chairs, and the helpful young man who extended the beach rail was very helpful. In the bathroom there was no single rack to hang a towel, and behind the window on the balcony there was a flickering pharmacy advertisement that seemed like a lamp just through and a new tube lamp not placed. But maybe that’s just how the advertisement is. Just sitting on the balcony, that constant bright flicker is a bit disturbing.

It wasn’t really clean (lift, walls, doors, etc.), the wellness area had a very strong chlorine smell, and the food at dinner was average quality.
