The room was quiet and in the city centre, but the breakfast area was really too small; you have to zig‑zag to get a table and sometimes disturb someone. The room felt a bit raw, luckily the heating helped eliminate the damp feeling.

I stayed in a historic house with rooms on the upper floor around a central courtyard, and it was perfectly located. The room was spacious and classic. A special shout‑out to the front‑desk staff: when I lost my phone charger and it was too late to buy a replacement in Cluj, the receptionist kindly let me use his charger all night so I could keep my phone powered for an early departure to Budapest the next day. Thanks again!

The hotel sits right in the heart of Cluj, so you can walk to the main sights. Breakfast was the same each day of my stay, but it was generally good. The kettle was dirty and should be cleaned more often.
