When I was checking out I asked if there was a spot for a second night and was told I would be called back for availability and price; by the end of the day, without a reply, I called to inform them I no longer needed the price because I found another plan. They said it was too late and I would be charged. The payment was taken from my credit card. I voiced my disagreement because I had requested a price and was told the manager would call me back since it wasn’t available. I never received an invoice, and when I asked the manager to call me I got no return call. Thus I was charged $250 just for asking a price.
The lunch service was disorganized; the restaurant was full and lacked enough space for everyone.
