One of the nicest and friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, even after traveling worldwide. The mountain view from our balcony at the front of the hotel was breathtaking.
“The staff was excellent and they provide drop off and pick up from the station but too too pricey for what you get”
Its location is good. It’s too expensive and the breakfast options are limited for vegetarians.

The location was great and the building’s historic charm felt like “old Switzerland”; breakfast was fantastic. The bedroom was cramped, showed wear and tear, had water‑stained wallpaper, and the bed was small.

The staff were absolutely lovely. While I was arranging sports gear for a mountain race the next day, they came in to do turn‑down and placed the items exactly where they were, so I didn’t notice the bed had been turned down until I found a cookie! Everyone was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. They assisted with my luggage, moved my car, answered questions about the town and their services. I would stay again. The kitchen lagged a bit during dinner/evening, though the food in the restaurant was good.
