The location is very good, two large playgrounds (summer sledding track) are within walking distance, the garden and swimming pond are superb, breakfast has everything you need, plenty of restaurants are within walking distance, the design with wood in the different areas is very pretty, and there is a playroom in the basement. When you enter the room you are almost in the bathroom; the layout is a bit awkward.

“I would expected better conditions for the price we paid.”

The rooms themselves are spacious and nice, the shower is very small, breakfast was alright but very simple. In the family room we booked, the bathroom was not a separate room; the shower was on the left side and the sink on the right side when you enter the room—no privacy, no door, and the toilet was so small you could hardly find a position, also open when entering the room. When I asked if there was another room available I was told that all the rooms are the same.

The room was clean, spacious and nice, the hotel looked nice with a pleasant gym and a large, charming garden for kids, a beautiful view and a decent breakfast, but the suite entrance was right through the shower with no door, offering no privacy; we stayed four nights at what was supposed to be a small family hotel, yet none of the staff spoke to us unless we initiated contact, and when problems arose it was hard to reach anyone because they were rarely on‑site except at breakfast, responded slowly on WhatsApp and weren’t friendly at all; the mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows had no filling, and while they would make an omelette if you asked, they never offered one.

The breakfast was delicious and the child enjoyed playing in the playroom and in the yard. It’s a shame they didn’t mention that you enter the room through the bathroom; it was strange and lacked privacy. There is no door between the “bathroom” and the room. The baby’s crib had a huge hole on one side and he could have fallen out, so we pushed the bed against the wall and padded it with pillows so he wouldn’t fall. The pool was green and dirty—absolutely impossible to swim in.
