Being immersed in nature, the facilities, the care, the cooked meals, and the daily activities, the willingness to book boats for early arrivals and departures, the availability of private boats, the kindness of Luis and William, James’s friendliness when he welcomed us at the office in Leticia, the stories he shared with us, the unique view from each private‑bathroom cabin, the common area with hammocks, and the most beautiful Amazon view – we missed nothing else in Colombia, and I suggest at least three nights and three full days there. Nothing in particular to complain about, just a few suggestions for the bathrooms, like adding some shelves.

Helpful staff, amazing location, good meals. No fan in the room, mattresses are quite firm, no mosquito‑repellent coils during meals, especially in the evening while dining.

The location is beautiful. There is no pool, only a very small one linked to a single chalet. There is no exterior lighting between the cabins and the central room, making it dangerous at night to go out for dinner. The mosquito nets are torn, so we got a scorpion and a venomous spider in our room. The kitchen is very average.

Personnel super, le lieu est magnifique avec un bâti collectif très agréable. La cuisine est vraiment bonne et les activités proposées sont top et variées. Même si vous ne maîtrisez pas l espagnol ni totalement l anglais, la gentillesse du personnel vous permet de passer un très agréable séjour. Merci à toutes l équipe, Luis, William, Robisnson…
