The room I stayed in was spacious and on the ground floor, but it wasn’t cleaned properly; dust was everywhere and I had to take an antihistamine. I stayed up until 5 am just to wake up for the Camino de Santiago, which was the last leg of my journey.

The spot was perfect, right next to the historic centre. The room number 3 on the ground floor was dark and especially damp; I asked for a change but there were no vacancies. The sheets were wet and had a strong mould smell.

The location was superb, the room was spacious, clean, and the staff were very nice. The fruit at the breakfast buffet wasn’t restocked, and overall the breakfast was just standard—though that’s complaining at a high level.
