“Sejour épouvantable”

The place was clean but small; the access was awful, you had to take a bus because there was no metro and you’d have to walk across the periphery – the water was barely warm, the room was cold, I reported it to reception and nothing was done – the hotel was unattractive, had no charm, and should be avoided at all costs.

The hotel was very well located, easy to reach by car, and public transport was just a stone’s throw away. The room was quiet and clean.

“Pour le prix peu mieux faire”

The location was good and the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the room was well insulated. The room was small, the TV didn’t work well, the sheets kept slipping off the mattress whenever we moved (a fitted sheet would help) and the mattress was too soft.

“Ideal for a short stop in Paris.”

The location is outside the city centre but offers quick access to public transport – the bus stop is right next to the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly when we checked in that night. The room had good space and nice views of the Seine River. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The restaurant on the R Floor, Reception served tasty food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was decent, the price‑quality ratio was acceptable. It’s connected to a shopping centre. Nothing significant to mention otherwise. The Ibis is on the upper floors, the Ibis Budget on the lower, which was a bit confusing at first.

The sound insulation was good compared to the street. However, the property still had hair on the chair and in the shower, the bed had a second mattress on top of the first that moved with you, and I ended up on the floor in the middle of the night. The neighbourhood was bleak and the shopping centre was deserted.
