The place is perfectly positioned on a lovely beach, with staff who listen well. It’s ideal for travelers looking to escape crowds, and the food was great. There was no parking space available for the car.
The staff were very friendly. Canoes were available free of charge, and everyone was helpful.

I stayed in a spot right on the beach that felt almost private. Joyce, the chef, made the stuffed squid and sizzlings taste amazing. The room was a bit on the small side—I had initially thought I’d booked 25 square meters. Getting to Bucana is a bit of a downhill climb, but you can also walk down.
The room didn’t face the sea directly, but it’s literally two steps from the beach! It’s quiet and relaxing, and the value for money is excellent; breakfast includes a free coffee. The shower has weak pressure and no hot water, and the room was full of ants. The on‑site restaurant was disappointing.
