“Average price terrible organization.”
The main perk was the price – only $84 for four nights, which is very cheap. The room was very roomy, the mattress huge and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly and polite. The main problem was the utterly poor organization. On arrival there were no towels; we were told to wait for laundry, then handed two old, torn cloths that looked more like cleaning rags than towels, and proper towels only arrived later that evening. The hotel advertises a restaurant and breakfast, but when we asked about breakfast we got conflicting answers and were eventually shown a regular restaurant menu from an outside eatery because they don’t actually have a restaurant. The elevator was another serious issue: the light was off, so reception initially switched it off. It was later turned back on but stayed completely dark inside for the entire four‑day stay. For a hotel on the seventh floor, having to use a pitch‑black elevator every time was extremely unpleasant. Overall, the biggest issue was not the basic facilities or the low price, but the lack of organization and failure to resolve very simple problems during our stay.
