“Waste money and we didn't rest our overnight stay.. 9 rooms ac broken shower and toilet bowl”

Only the location was acceptable. Everything else was terrible: the room smelled like smoke, the shower and toilets were broken, there were a lot of insects, and the staff were unhelpful and unaccommodating when mosquitoes kept intruding into the room. We booked nine rooms and wasted money on this; the amount we paid is not worth it, and we couldn't sleep well during that overnight stay.

I paid for nights in cash, but the hotel marked me as “no show,” so my credit card was also charged. The problem has not been resolved in three days, and the manager has not responded. I will delete this comment once the issue is solved.

I have been staying at this hotel for several days, paying in cash each day as requested. Yet the hotel keeps canceling reservations one by one, claiming I did not show up. Consequently, Booking charges my credit card for each night marked as a “no show,” so I end up paying twice per night. This issue has persisted for three days and remains unresolved. I will update my review once it is fixed.

There’s no breakfast at the hotel; McDonald’s and Jollibee are within walking distance. The room lacks a TV, and the facility feels dated.
