“Não vale a pena, não recomendo.”
This place started as an event venue and turned into a hotel. The apartments are new but lack air conditioning or fans, have thin window screens, and the door cannot stay open for privacy reasons. From the booking until the night before, I received several photos on a personal WhatsApp, claiming a carnival party, a self‑service restaurant, and other amenities that actually don’t exist. I arrived on Friday at about 5 pm with two kids and was told there was no dinner available, only a snack. We ordered a sandwich and that was all. The overall maintenance is very poor; the playhouse was called the “haunted house” by the children because it was badly kept, all toys were broken and dirty, though the kids still enjoyed it. The heated pool is good, but they didn’t provide pool towels. We were the only guests at that time. It doesn’t even cover half the price of a single night. I don’t recommend it. The restaurant should actually operate, the general upkeep needs improvement, and stop advertising false promises.
