The building is ordinary, nothing remarkable for the price paid, only breakfast included. With ongoing construction, it’s very quiet and suitable for relaxation. The buffet breakfast is normal and not very extensive—just decent.

Excellent location with Citara beach and Poseidon thermal baths 20 minutes on foot from the hotel. The hotel is welcoming, clean, and the staff are kind and prepared. A shuttle service with multiple times to Citara and Forio beach is available. Breakfast is plentiful, split between sweet and savory options. Nothing else to note.

Breakfast and the shuttle were good. I would change the cleaning supplies and add alcohol.

The only positive was the shuttle to the sea, thanks to the driver and the pool bar staff who were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. The pool had no supervision: children ran along the edge, dove everywhere, and bothered other guests without any staff intervention, despite the small, shallow pool posing a danger. The room was sweltering because there was no air conditioning, making sleep impossible. The windows lacked screens, and the area was full of mosquitoes. Cleaning was inadequate: each day the bed was simply made, roughly, and towels changed. The floor was never swept or cleaned during the entire stay. Breakfast was poor and below the hotel’s standard. The dining staff were rude and disorganized. Having booked only the first breakfast, we never found a set table and were seated at hastily prepared free tables, often with minimal necessities. Moreover, all tables were clustered together, offering no privacy or space between guests. Overall, the property seems poorly organized, poorly maintained, and lacking attention to safety and guest comfort.
