The service was wonderful and the staff were very helpful. The room, surroundings, and onsen were all very clean. The food was amazing, each dish felt like a piece of art :) It’s a 10‑15 minute walk from Yufuin station and the nearby area is quiet.

A great choice for a premium cultural experience. The onsen are spectacular, and the fact that they’re private made them very comfortable; with few guests, staff were always available. The food is spectacular, but for a Western palate it can be a challenge, so it’s worth going prepared to try new things.
