La Maison d'Emilie is wonderfully quiet, the rooms are very beautiful and unique, the breakfast is lovingly prepared with regional and homemade treats, and the heated pool in the garden is great; everything is perfect.

The Cardamomo room was huge and bright during the day, and the bathroom was spacious and well‑lit too. The air‑conditioning worked well, the mattress was great and the pillows were good. When we arrived the room was fairly clean, but the housekeeping schedule was on alternate days (this wasn’t listed when we booked, so we had to ask), and when the bed was made it was done terribly. Breakfast was good and varied, though some items were a bit too cold straight out of the fridge. The pool was very pleasant – not huge, but definitely appreciated. A daily housekeeping round would have been better, otherwise nothing else to note.

The room was excellent, with a small private terrace for us, a nice pool, a very quiet and soothing spot, and a hearty breakfast. Everything was received very well.
