The breakfast was good, the rooms were practical, and the tram stops right nearby, but the room facing the street was noisy because of the tram.

There was black mold in the bathroom, rooms were no longer cleaned daily, and the bathroom had no windows; the breakfast team was understaffed on Saturday, the buffet had major gaps, and some tables stayed untouched for about 30 minutes.

Once you find the reception, everything feels like easyJet—clean, comfy, and straightforward. I'd definitely return. The very friendly lady at the front desk gave me a great tip for dinner at the Italian restaurant. We arrived in the evening, and the claim that parking costs 12 EUR is false; you can park free right in front of the entrance on the 1st floor. The access and signage are disastrous and only visible to seasoned eyes. We first stopped in front of the totally broken elevator of the neighboring fitness studio and were already pretty annoyed. The concrete wasteland in the Rewe entrance area did its job. Good signage here would be essential.
