The room was very comfy and the bed was great, plus the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s close enough to both the center and the beach. The only downside is the rooms have very poor sound insulation—you can hear all the noise from outside.

The stay will stay in my mind not just for the hotel itself but for the people who made me feel genuinely welcome. From the moment I arrived the staff were absolutely wonderful—warm, kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Nothing seemed forced or merely “professional”; each interaction carried a real sense of care and hospitality that made the whole experience feel very special. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so comfortable and looked after, almost as if you’re being welcomed by people who have known you for years. Every small gesture, kind word, and bit of help made a difference. A beautiful hotel can make a stay enjoyable, but exceptional people are what make it unforgettable—and this hotel is very lucky to have such an amazing team. Thank you to every member of the staff for making our stay so lovely. We are leaving with very warm memories and would happily come back again. ❤️

They took great care of us and our baby, and everything was spotlessly clean; the downside was that the air‑conditioner blew directly onto the bed, so we couldn’t turn it on with a child in the room.

The location was excellent, the pool was nice and the rooms were modern and tidy, but water ran out of the shower while we were using it and soaked the bathroom floor.
