The spot is super central and the building is brand‑new. However, the entrance that leads into the property feels old and especially dark at night. The courtyard has chairs and tables but no umbrella to give even a little shade. Towel changes and daily cleaning only happen if the guest asks for them. For an evening stay, hot water was completely missing. Considering the price, these flaws feel a bit too many.
