Everything was lovely, the welcome was warm, the room was large and comfortable, parking was free and easy, and we could walk to everything we wanted—plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants just minutes away.

The location was good, yet when we arrived the room had no hot water. Unfortunately, the way the issue was handled throughout the stay was inadequate and needs major improvement. A hotel should show a minimum level of professional and attentive conduct, which wasn’t the case here, especially after we were given a room with such a basic flaw. Instead of fixing the problem, we received a bunch of excuses that ultimately don’t matter to the customer and demonstrate negligence and an inability to provide proper service during a malfunction.

The location of this accommodation is great and the private parking met expectations. The room and bathroom are clean. However, the décor feels outdated and the furniture is slightly damaged. The bedding had holes, which makes the price‑quality ratio very skewed. There is no breakfast option.
