“Wir waren sehr zufrieden”
The breakfast offered everything you could want—diverse and fresh—while the service was attentive; the location was great, right on the Kö, and the car was parked in the hotel’s underground garage; the room looked nice, though the furniture in the entrance area wasn’t well maintained.
It was okay. The bathroom was too small and had some mold, and the beds were sagging.
We spent the weekend with the card club and can only recommend this hotel; the reception was pleasant, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the location is good, about 15 minutes on foot to the old town. We’ll come back.

Friendly staff, especially the lady at reception was very helpful. Great location for exploring Düsseldorf’s Altstadt.
The bartender was fantastic and the food was decent, but the breakfast room was too small and the restaurant stayed closed to the public in the evenings—though I was able to order from the bar, which I did. All in all, it was really good, just wish the breakfast area had more space.
