The service was terrible. The heater in the room was broken—the buttons didn’t work at all. There was no service after 11 o’clock. I called customer service and left a message, but received no reply. I spent a freezing cold night; it was awful.

This is a lovely hotel with a very comfortable room and a fantastic location, just a 5‑minute walk to the town square and all the restaurants and bars.

The cheapest place in Jackson Hole, staff were friendly, everything was within walking distance, they offered complimentary refreshments, and the fireplace in the room gave it a very western vibe. The price seemed high for the value once you factor in the location.
