“素晴らしい休息”
The owner couple were kind, the scenery and location were beautiful, and although it’s a traditional hanok over 100 years old, it’s well maintained so I could rest comfortably even in midsummer. The homemade breakfast included tteok soup, jeon, and kimchi, which was gentle on the body and felt like a heartfelt welcome; tteok soup is a dish for the Korean New Year. I forgot my umbrella on the bus, and after telling them, the couple immediately called to check; the umbrella was not found, but the conversation with them was enjoyable. I’d definitely come back. The only downside is that the environment is quiet, so keep it quiet at night, and the toilet doesn’t flush paper. Staying in a traditional house was a nice experience.
