“It’s not bad to spend couple of days. The room was clean, but the bathroom was smelly. The breakfast was not bad”

The place was clean and the breakfast was decent, yet the bathroom had a bad odor, one receptionist was rude, and the location was far.

The hotel has cramped rooms, an unpleasant sewage smell, poor breakfasts, no cleaning supplies, no linens, and we were a large group—no room was problem‑free. The staff downplayed complaints, even disappearing a phone from a room. It’s a 4★ hotel rated 8.9, yet no one verifies this. I recommend avoiding it. jw

“Уютный отель в историческом районе, где можно увидеть колоритную жизнь простой грузинской семьи, где каждый дом пропитан”

Приветливый персонал и вкусные завтраки. В душе вода вытекает на пол и мы несколько раз чуть не упали. Мы были 4 дня ив номере убирали только 1 раз и забрали полотенце для ног, на которое мы вставали после душа, чтобы не упасть
