“Disappointed with the quality”

The hotel sits in a quiet, secluded spot and the rooms are a decent size with basic amenities. The photos didn’t match the worn furnishings and décor; everything looks tired and needs updating, especially the bathroom, which needs a new shower. Breakfast listed three fruit drinks, but none were available, and no water was offered to my wife who drinks neither coffee nor tea. The view from our room was a concrete wall of the opposite hotel, not the river we expected for the price.

“C'est bien”

The view of the Nam Ou, the calmness, and the laundry service are positives. It’s a bit hard to be understood even in English, but everyone smiles and resolves the issue.

The place was nice, clean, and the breakfast was good. It was very priceworthy! The owner even helped me recover my AirPods that I had left in my room. Highly recommend.

“Fraude”

We booked a hotel but ended up in a bungalow near the street, paying 30€ for a room that was listed at 13€. We tried to reach the managers but received no response. The place was not what we had reserved, and we paid three times the price of the room we actually stayed in.

Nothing too special but no real complaints. Good value for money, pretty view over the river and for sunset, and the room & bathroom were really spacious!. No big deal at all, just know that there are no food options in this little pocket of the neighborhood so you'll need to walk 5-10 minutes for anything you want/need
