The staff were wonderful and the resort is great, but we arrived in the low season and some activities were unavailable; the staff managed alternates well, though the wine list needs fixing.

I stumbled upon a truly unique spot where you can escape the world; the restaurant’s design is stunning and the food tastes great. The staff were excellent, but we had very loud neighbors with kids, so I asked for a room change. Within an hour they moved us to a higher‑category room that was perfectly quiet, and I’m endlessly grateful. The property offers dozens of entertainment options—board games, sports, billiards, bamboozle, and many others—so we never felt bored and were constantly engaged. The food remains top quality.

The room was old, the view was blocked, and the air conditioning was weak.

The food was great, the location superb, the staff friendly, and the villas beautiful. However, several common areas on the buildings and pathways need maintenance, and the boats used require upkeep.
