“Praktisches Hotel zum Schlafen mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Geschäftsreisende”
The reception was very friendly and did everything they could; however, we were surprised that there was no breakfast due to staff shortages, and this was not announced beforehand. On Friday at 8:00 am a construction site caused a water outage, and we would have appreciated a brief heads‑up. The team on site reacted quickly, restoring water after 15 minutes.
For a quick two‑night stay to attend the fair I was completely satisfied; the price was reasonable compared with other hotels at that time and the staff were very welcoming. I especially appreciated the delicious complimentary breakfast that wasn’t charged and the free drinks in the fridge that I could take away. The property does show its age, though, with visible wear marks on the carpet and wallpaper.

The fridge was noisy, and I had to leave the shower running for at least 5 minutes until the water warmed up. At check‑out no one was at the front desk, even though it should have been open from 7 am, and the elevator was broken.
The room was excellent with good service 👍, but the bathroom door handle was loose.
