The bed was good. The bathroom had a leaking flush that made noise, hair in the shower box, a small sink, no cabinet for toiletries, and the pillow was stained or dirty.

Everything was pleasant; I liked the dinner options—soups, pizza, or gnocchi. The chalets were separate, so there was no issue with hearing neighbors. The only drawback was a small dirt patch to reach the lodge, but we had no problems.

The lodge sits on a pretty property a bit out of town, but in Cunha that’s fine because everything’s spread out anyway. My room was decent size, the TV and Wi‑Fi worked great, and the place was super quiet. They’re pet‑friendly and let my dogs roam everywhere, which was awesome. Dinner was soup and fries – tasty and plenty. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was made fresh.

I liked everything – the space, the facilities, the room, the location, the breakfast, the service. It was all good.
