The spot was fantastic, and the room was spotless. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room made everything so easy. Check‑in was a breeze, and Marcelo at reception was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place! Everything was great.

位置以及停車還有價格. 沒有不滿意，但可惜沒有附洗衣精

The staff were friendly and waited for me to check in after my car broke down that evening. The location was good, a short walk to American Village, and the large room had washing and cooking facilities. I don’t like that parking onsite costs extra money, even though it’s not a separate company and is already on the same block of land; this really annoyed me.

The location was great relative to many nearby amenities and services. Every staff member I interacted with was very willing to help however they could if I needed anything. N/A.

The staff were exceptionally courteous, especially the male employee who handled even unreasonable requests with a smile and genuine kindness—such service makes a hotel stand out. The bathroom and room were clean, and the laundry facilities (washer and dryer) meant a ten‑night stay felt as comfortable as living in Okinawa. American Village was about a five‑minute walk away, and even without a rental car, Route 58 was close and the Kuwana bus stop was nearby. The only thing that could improve the experience would be a basket in the closet and the dressing area.
