They made us take off our shoes at the entrance, the room couldn’t be locked, the showers were impractical with no space to change, all the toilets were separate but shared, there was chaos everywhere, towels and toiletries were missing, the breakfast lacked cold cuts or salty food – only sweet items – the building was outdated, and it cost 82 euros, which doesn’t match the standards on Booking.
