Access was easy and the room felt comfortable, but there were small bugs in the bathroom and German cockroaches in the room; I mentioned it to the front desk, yet they didn’t seem to react.

The location was decent, but the entire floor was scorching and had a moldy odor that was unpleasant; the room we stayed in was already hot and smelled awful when we arrived.
