While the hotel's location was convenient, everything else fell short of expectations. The lack of a backup generator and non-functional TV channels was frustrating, and the reception staff was almost non-existent. Overall, this hotel didn't live up to its potential.

My experience at this hotel was brief, but the one positive aspect was the friendly welcome I received. Unfortunately, the TV in my room didn't work, which was a major inconvenience.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which failed to meet my expectations in almost every way. The bathroom was a major letdown, with lukewarm water at best, a rusty showerhead, and a dirty toilet. The TV flickered on and off, and I even spotted mold on a pillow. The breakfast was also lacking, and the bed was uncomfortably hard. To top it all off, the price was steep, and I was not offered any compensation for the issues I encountered.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including a broken sink, no elevator, and a broken showerhead. To make matters worse, I was charged for two nights when I only stayed one, and there was no option to modify my booking. I'm still waiting for a refund for the extra night.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly staff I encountered, including the security guard and the receptionist. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major plus, and I could have even walked there in 15 minutes if I had arrived earlier. However, the room was a bit cramped, and the en-suite bathroom was tiny, with a shower door that didn't function properly and leaked water on the floor.
