The location was great, yet the breakfast was a letdown—just a handful of processed snacks and sugary drinks, no milk or cream for coffee, no cooking utensils or dishes even when requested, and the luggage stand was missing. The shower had a weak water stream and no shampoo was provided.

Breakfast was subpar, and our room lock worked at check‑in but failed later; the staff took an hour to resolve it, and it broke again the next afternoon. They moved us to another room that smelled bad, had windows that wouldn't open, and we heard loud footsteps from the room above all day until after 10 p.m.; no assistance was offered to relocate our luggage—an awful experience.
